Minoxidil

It is a medical treatment that requires two daily applications in the area affected by alopecia.

Minoxidil works by dilating blood vessels surrounding the hair follicle facilitating the flow of oxygen to it.

It is the first drug approved for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.
Depending on various factors will recommend the use of 2% minoxidil or 5%.

Finasteride

Finasteride acts as inhibitor of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase type II. This enzyme is responsible for transforming testosterone into DHT. DHT acts on the hair follicle making the hair is miniaturized.

The daily use of 1 mg of finasteride can significantly improve your appearance, but it is important to be consistent in your shots. The first results will not be until after 4 months of using the drug.

Finasteride acts primarily in the area of the crown and top of the head, and to a lesser degree in the front area.

Side effects are rare and should suffer them, disappear as soon stop taking the medication.

What is PRP?
